Frequently asked questions
1. What's the difference between your packages?
INDIE is your starting point — 2 fully deployed scenes, everything your platforms need to post. CREATOR is for the active creator shooting regularly — 4 scenes plus 6 hours of senior editor time for repurposing and comps. ELITE is a complete content operation — 8 scenes, platform management, and 10 hours of creative time. You never have to log into a platform to post again.
2. Do you take a percentage of my earnings?
Never. We charge a flat fee. Every dollar your content earns stays yours. We don't own your brand, your content, or any part of your revenue. Ever.
3. Who has access to my accounts?
For platform management — yes, we need access to upload and schedule your content. That access is used only to post assets we produced for you. We never interact with your fans, set your pricing, or touch anything outside the scope of your order. Your accounts stay yours.
4. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 3-5 business days per scene. Rush delivery is 48 hours — add $99 to any order. We cap deliveries at 4 scenes per week to maintain quality.
5. What happens to my files after delivery?
Everything is yours. Every file, every asset, every project file. We deliver organized, labeled folders. ELITE clients get a full content archive system. You can walk away anytime and take everything with you.
6. Do packages expire?
Yes — packages must be used within 6 months of purchase. One 90-day extension is available upon request, subject to current pricing at time of extension. We moved away from "never expires" to protect both sides from open-ended commitments.
7. What footage do you need from me?
Clean camera originals or already edited scenes in the best quality possible — If Camera Files:properly shot, adequately exposed, with clean audio. For multi-camera scenes we need slated or timecode-synced footage. Technically compromised footage — severe exposure issues, out of focus, poor audio — may be subject to an assessment fee before work begins. When in doubt, contact us before submitting.
8. What are Creator Hours?
Creator Hours are senior editor time included in CREATOR (6 hrs) and ELITE (10 hrs) — used for repurposing existing footage, clip assembly, comp creation, or reediting older content. They must be used within 90 days of purchase. No rollover. Submit a brief to your project coordinator to activate them.
9. Will you share my name or talk about your clients?
No. We don't name drop. We don't talk about our clients. Your business stays your business. We work in the background — invisibly and discreetly. You will never find your name on our client list.
