Welcome to Video X Post. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Video X Post website located at videoxpost.com (the "Site") and any post-production services purchased through it (the "Services"). By accessing the Site or purchasing a Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or purchase Services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, and that everyone appearing in any footage or content you submit to us was 18 years of age or older at the time it was created, in compliance with all applicable laws.
2. Services
Video X Post provides flat-fee, post-production services — including but not limited to video editing, trailer and teaser creation, thumbnail and asset creation, and (for applicable packages) platform upload and scheduling management — for independent content creators.
Services are pre-purchased on a package basis. Packages are not subscriptions and do not renew or recur automatically.
Package deliverables, turnaround times, and inclusions are as described on the Packages page at the time of purchase.
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from receipt of complete, usable footage, unless otherwise stated for a specific package or add-on.
Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase. One 90-day extension may be available upon request, subject to pricing in effect at the time of the extension request.
2a. Custom Work Outside Standard Packages
If your request doesn't fit within a standard package or listed add-on, we'll provide a written estimate before starting — either as a flat project fee or an hourly rate with an estimated hour range, depending on the scope. Work proceeds only after you approve that estimate.
If the estimate is hourly, we'll check in if we're approaching the top of the estimated range before continuing, so there are no surprises.
If the scope changes significantly once work is underway, we'll pause and send a revised estimate for your approval before continuing.
Custom work is billed and invoiced separately from any standard package you may also have.
3. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all footage, files, and finished assets delivered under these Terms. Video X Post claims no ownership interest in your content, your brand, or your revenue.
We do not take a percentage of your earnings under any package.
Raw footage and project files are retained for as long as you remain an active client, so they're available if you need re-edits or lose your own copies. If you become inactive or your account is closed, raw files are deleted within 60 days.
For packages that include platform management, any account access granted to us is used solely to upload, schedule, or manage content on your behalf, and solely within the scope of your order. We do not use, share, or access your accounts for any other purpose.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
Ensuring all footage and content you provide to us was produced with the informed consent of everyone appearing in it, and that everyone appearing was 18 years of age or older at the time it was filmed.
Maintaining any records required under applicable law for content you provide to us.
Ensuring you have the legal right to distribute the content you provide, including compliance with the terms of service of any platform you use.
Video X Post reserves the right to pause or decline work on any project if we reasonably believe the content provided does not meet these requirements.
4a. 18 U.S.C. §2257 Compliance [NEW]
Video X Post does not produce original content and does not itself appear as a primary or secondary producer under 18 U.S.C. §2257. Clients submitting footage for editing represent and warrant that they are the original producer of record and are solely responsible for maintaining all records required under 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, including proof of age and identity for all performers appearing in submitted content. Video X Post may request evidence of such records at its discretion and reserves the right to decline or pause work on any project where such records cannot be produced upon request.
4b. Zero-Tolerance Policy [NEW]
Video X Post maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any content depicting minors, non-consensual acts, human trafficking, or any other illegal content. Any such content encountered will result in immediate termination of services, retention of relevant records as required by law, and referral to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or appropriate law enforcement authorities. This policy applies regardless of the client's account status, payment status, or any other agreement in place.
4c. Anti-Human Trafficking Statement [NEW]
Video X Post is committed to combating human trafficking and exploitation in all forms. We require all clients to warrant that every individual appearing in submitted content participated freely, knowingly, and with informed consent, and was not coerced, deceived, or trafficked. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations related to trafficking and will terminate services immediately upon any credible indication of trafficking or coercion.
5. Payment & Refunds
All packages are paid in full at time of purchase.
Each package includes a 10-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of final delivery. If deliverables do not meet the standards described for your package, contact us within that window and we will make it right.
Except as described above, all sales are final. Packages do not expire in the sense of losing value, but must be used within the timeframe described in Section 2.
6. Discretion & Confidentiality
We do not name drop and do not discuss our clients publicly. Any information about your identity, brand, or content shared with us in the course of providing Services is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties except as required to perform the Services (e.g., necessary platform uploads) or as required by law.
7. Cookies
The Site uses cookies to personalize your browsing experience and for statistical purposes. Some cookies are required for basic Site functionality and do not require consent. Optional cookies (e.g., marketing or analytics) can be accepted or declined. By using the Site, you consent to required cookies as described here.
8. Intellectual Property (Site Content)
Unless otherwise stated, VXP Media LLC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights to all material appearing on the Site (excluding client-owned content described in Section 3). You may view Site content for personal, informational use only. You may not copy, republish, sell, or redistribute material from the Site without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VXP Media LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9a. Reporting Non-Consensual Content or Misuse
If you believe content associated with a Video X Post client depicts you without your consent, or that your likeness has been used without authorization, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with the subject line "Content Report." We will investigate promptly, may request supporting information, and will take appropriate action, which may include pausing or terminating the associated client's services pending resolution.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
