This Privacy Policy describes how VXP Media LLC ("we," "us," "our"), doing business as Video X Post, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit videoxpost.com (the "Site") or use our post-production services (the "Services").

Footage and content you submit for Services:

  • Raw footage and files you upload for editing are used solely to produce your ordered deliverables. See Section 4 for how this content is handled.

Information collected automatically:

  • Standard technical data (IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited) via cookies and similar technologies, used for site functionality and analytics

  • Raw footage and project files are retained for as long as you remain an active client, so they're available if you need re-edits or lose your own copies.

  • If you become inactive or your account is closed, raw files are deleted within 60 days.

  • Access to your content is limited to the team members directly working on your project.

  • We do not discuss, reference, or disclose your identity, brand, or content to third parties, except as required to perform Services you've requested (for example, uploading approved assets to platforms you've authorized) or as required by law.

5. Platform Access (Where Applicable)

For packages that include platform upload or scheduling management, any account access you grant us is used solely to perform the specific tasks included in your package (e.g., uploading content, scheduling posts). We do not use this access for any other purpose, and we do not share your account credentials with third parties.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party providers for functions such as payment processing, file storage, or website analytics. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are contractually restricted from using it for any other purpose.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information and content you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
